Meet Vinnie Craven

For almost 40 years I've been on every side of a real estate deal. I owned a mortgage company, so I know the lending guidelines inside and out, and I've closed thousands of transactions.

As an investor, I've owned hundreds of homes, everything from Section 8 rentals to $2 million corporate rentals. I'm also a developer and builder of multimillion-dollar homes, and a credit expert.

That experience is why I'm one of the country's leading experts in creative financing. When a bank says no, I know the real reasons why, and I know how to find a path to yes.
