I am writing this letter to anyone who is thinking about doing business with Vinnie and Aimee. I can tell you that we weren't sure at first — you know the saying, if it's too good to be true. After going to about five banks that all turned us down, our landlord told us about Vinnie and said to give him a call.

We did, and even though it was still hard to believe, we wanted the house, so we took a leap of faith — and guess what, we own the home! It went exactly how Vinnie said it would. He told us exactly how the process would work, and it worked exactly how he said.

We are still in shock that we bought a home without spending any money out of pocket, when every bank told us we couldn't. Well, we did — and we are proud homeowners. We could not recommend Vinnie enough, and Aimee too. She was the best.
